My husband and I ordered this book after we both went to a "small group reading" by Rebecca Rosen, the author of this book. Both my husband and I were "blown away" by the accuracy of Rosen's medium readings for us (and for the other 6 participants in the small group). This book gives the reader some insights on how Rosen came to be a medium, and the process of becoming your own best self by meditating (one of the best descriptions I have ever read over the years on "how to"), and learning to listen to the whispers you receive in your life though you may have been deaf to in the past. If you want to discover another instinct you have (in addition to your 5 basic instincts) for self growth consider investing in this book. And, if you get the chance for a reading with Rosen, do it. Life changing experience, really.
I don't normally post reviews, but I feel compelled to write for this one. I am only at Chapter 3 and already feel that this is the one I needed to read to change my life around. I have been reading spiritual books for a while because I knew something was missing and wrong and need a change in my life. There are things in my life where I feel so stuck and have been desperately to find a way out of it with no real results. As I was reading this book and doing the exercises, I was honest with myself and can see what may be preventing me from moving forward. It was very encouraging and positive, and I cannot wait to see beautiful changes to come out of it. I just know it but I will have to work on changing my perspective of myself and trust more often. Again, I am only at Chapter 3 so that is saying something!
Rebecca Rosen's style of writing is entertaining to say the least, and I had great success trying out the tips from this book. I have read many - MANY - of these types of books, and this is by far my favorite. I say, buy it and give it a go. If you allow yourself to think of the tips as "fun," you are likely to enjoy the book as a whole.

I absolutely loved this book! I found it several months ago at the library and had to buy it so could highlight things that have happened to me. Rebecca does a great job at explaining how we all can access our own intuitive selves and connect to the Divine. I have always had vivid dreams but started having a spiritual awakening almost 3 years ago after someone I love passed.I had started meditating for other reasons but that helped my development and shortly after had a few visitation dreams with him, other signs, and many things she discusses in her book. I even started a blog about my experiences so thank you Rebecca for your insights! The format is simple and easy to follow for beginners just starting to find their gifts and follow their own path. Rebecca Rosen is a source of light in the world and I am a big fan. This book is an easy read and I'm enjoying it immensely. I selected this read to learn more about Clairs and find my dominant styles and this was helpful.
I loved this book! Not only is Rebecca a great writer, she's a compassionate and ethical psychic and medium without all the ego of some other pros. If you are just starting out and looking to develop your gifts this book is great for teaching you how to connect with your guides and passed loved ones in a healthy and successful way.
